Overview
Join a successful recycling team as a Compliance Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization adheres to all regulatory standards and internal policies. Specifically this will be to manage site health and safety, employment law, and ISO systems . In this energetic and vital position, you will lead compliance initiatives, oversee, internal audits, and foster a culture of integrity and transparency. Your expertise will help us navigate ever changing environmental regulations, maintain rigorous compliance management practices, and uphold the highest standards of accountability across all departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational success through proactive compliance strategies and meticulous oversight.

Competetive salary based on experience.
The successful candidate would ideally have experience in a manufacturing / production / recycling environment .Ideally, you will also hold a current counter-balance FLT licence, although this is not essential.
The position offers 22 flexible days of holiday (pro-rata) and all Bank Holidays (under normal circumstances).
The rate of pay for this position £12.71 per hour for all staff. You must be over 18 to apply.
The site operates two shift patterns:
Pattern 1: (alternates weekly)
Week #1:
06.00 - 14.00: Monday to Thursday.
06.00 - 13.00: on Friday.
Week #2:
14.00 - 22.00: Monday to Thursday.
13.00 - 20.00: on Friday.
Pattern 2:
08.00 - 16.30: Monday to Thursday.
08.00 - 15.30: on Friday.
**You must be available to work either shift pattern.**
(Pattern 1 also attracts a shift bonus of £50.00 per completed week).
Monthly bonus of £100.00 for full attendance.
It is also possible to attain further skills-based bonus payments upon the completion of training to operate certain specific equipment. Voluntary overtime is also regularly available.
